The project’s goal is to develop an educational tool tailored to the needs of professionals to develop digital skills and competencies that will help them adapt to the labor market transitions that occurred due to the pandemic.
We aim to help particularly vulnerable groups, such as low-skilled people, gain digital skills and knowledge to help them become more competitive in the labor market. The learning method will approach the subject of the digital presence of a business in a holistic approach, since not only we will include training materials regarding the development of e-shops and websites etc, but also we will provide tools regarding digital marketing and consumers’ rights.
